It seems that folder names still not corrected in mixed condition.

No they are not.
This is not what every one desire so it should be optional which requires settings part for the plugin.
In further versions I will probably do this in-sha-Allah

As for me, I type in Indonesian, English, and Arabic so I keep my file name in Latin letter.
