Lets users add contributions in the form of video game titles in order to have discussions about them

Description

This application allows users to add fan contributions from the world of sci-fi video games. Users can rate these contributions and leave opinions / reviews of them. Contributions may filtered and sorted by their names, creation dates, subgenre, rating, and number of opinions.

Setup

  • Clone repository to staging destination of choice (i.e. /Desktop)
  • Point your termial to the top directory of the repository folder and run: $ bundle
  • Create and connect to a PostgreSQL database using the PG gem
  • With your termial still in the top directory of the repository folder, run: $ rails server
  • Run: $ rake db:create
  • Run: $ rake db:migrate
  • In your browser of choice, navigate to: localhost:3000
  • Contribute!
