This code contains code and snippets used in the creation of the BLASTP all-vs-all graph behind pairsdb (http://pairsdb.csc.fi) This code is free software. Please see the file COPYING for details. This repository contains two implemenations, pairsdblib and pairsdb. pairsdblib is mostly legacy code. It implements various tools and classes used during the constrution of pairsdblib from makefiles. The library part is c++ wrapped with boost.python. pairsdb is a reference implementation for pairsdb construction using python scripts and cython to wrap c++ code.
