PA tool legend separates easily if extruder not primed well

With the PA tool, it prints the top edge of the anchor first, and then the box for the legend.

ie the line shown here in red is the first thing to print, and if the extruder is not well primed, will mean that the legend detaches from the anchor when you remove the print from the bed

Maybe the bottom of the anchor should be printed first?

Ideally it would have the perimeters go all the way around rather than two rectangles that butt up against each other, but it was a lot easier to code this way - maybe I can add an adjustable overlap.
I originally had a higher overlap baked in to help it stick, but then people with larger nozzles complained
