Add frequency used for transmission in the message to the hidden window for RDF

In order to properly simulate the use of different VDF stations depending on the frequency a transmission is received (in a cross-coupled frequency environment), I would request an option to receive not only the call sign of the stations that made a transmission, but also the frequency this transmission was made.

@kusterjs This is something that's in the visuals branch I did a while ago - however there were some issues on the AFV Standalone side which means this hasn't gone out. @goliver1984 time to spin up the hamsters? :D

@AndyTWF @goliver1984 Any chance for progress here? I'm not so much interested in the visual parts, just that the messages from the hidden window also would include the frequency they have been transmitted on.

Unfortunately I am no longer developing for VATSIM, best of luck making progress with those who hold the fake job titles though. I suggest writing to the Vice President of development...
