node-chat-app
A browser based chat app. This allows the users to communicate in real time using web sockets.
Run npm install to get local dependencies and start the server as npm start.
A React based front end has also been enabled by pushing the build files into the project but changes can also be made to the front end react based files by navigationg to chat-app folder.
Start the server as: npm start
Next set of features to be included are:
- Display list of users in the room
- Allow user to enter a particular room by room name
