This is a demo file for Anne Ogborn's "Programming Your Robot In Blender" on HackADay.
Move the timeline to something greater than 50 to turn the IK on. Move the IK ball around (3D editor, select the IK object (blue ball), and move it around (g key) and the robot will follow it.
Turn the IK influence on and off by animating the Influence setting of the lowerarm bone's IK constraint. 0.0 is off, 1.0 is on.
