Character panel shows male character for a frame if playing with female

To fix this, a permanent character preview unit should be spawned when the player is spawned. This will also eliminate the slight lag spike when the window is opened

Persistent model is now being used. lag spike on opening the panel and wrong character showing issues are fixed.
