Region Wars is a team war plugin for Spigot. You can simply create regions and gain access to sticked regions. Limited teams? Not here. Unlimited amount of teams.
Region Wars offers you some additional features which will allow you to adjust gamestyle on your Region gameplay for your own preferences. Custom Regions which u can create by yourself, in-game events which are provided and u can add your own.

RegionWars provides support for translations. In other words, it is possible to change plugin messages to your own language.
You can see all available translations here.
If there is no translation for your language you can make your own and add it as a pull request.
