Make the Ginjector optionnal in the NewPresenterWizard since it's no longer required

I've forked and updated the code to no more force the user to specify a Ginjector in the NewPresenterWizard since it's no more required... GitHub

I think since the new plugin is out, this is fixed, so I'll close. Reopen if I'm wrong.
