Copy the http://www.arducam.com/downloads/ESP32_UNO/package_ArduCAM_ESP32S_UNO_index.json to Additional Boards Manager URLs Then search the ArduCAM ESP32S UNO baord
Wait patiently for the development board to download
After the board install finished, you will see the 'ArduCAM_ESP32S_UNO by ArduCAM version 2.0.0 INSTALLED'
