The equilibrator_query.py script failed to download or calculate reaction delta G:s for e.g. R1, R193, and more reactions, in the Synechocystis "Knoop" model. Should not impact the "poppy_..." scripts.

The script does not fail for R1. R193 does however not get a delta G. This is because the delta G calculation in POPPY is based on formation delta G:s from Equilibrator. R193 (C00440 + C00155 <=> C00101 + C00073) can get a reaction delta G at the Equilibrator website, but C00440 and C00101 lack formation delta G:s. Added a test for reaction R1 in d503cfa and closing this issue. Instead opening an enhancement request regarding reactions lacking formation delta G:s.
