Download Bepinex 5.4 and extract it in the game root folder.

Run the game once so that Bepinex creates its folders. Exit the game.

Download the bhaptics Mod zip file and extract into the game foder under \Bepinex\plugins. You should now have a new folder in plugins : \BepInEx\plugins\Subnautica_below_zero_bhaptics
- Turn your bhaptics suit and arms on and run the game.
Configuration files are located in the game folder, at \BepInEx\config. You will find a org.bepinex.plugins.Subnautica_below_zero_bhaptics.cfg file which contains only one option : swimmingEffects. It's default value is false.
Turn it to true if you wanna feel swimming effects when swimming ingame.
As this is a game where you swim a lot it is deactivated by default.
