PART 1 - Research database

To use the database, create an account here. Find detailed information about the included features and how to use them in our paper and this video tutorial. Use the “Import archive” function to load the template file.

PART 2 - Atlas database

Use the “Import archive” function to load the template file. This will show you all labels and their related parents/child annotations with screenshots of the Allen Mouse Brain Atlas.
