New Text component that does not apply capsize

We need to have a component that does all the things Text does apart from applying capsize, which we can use when we want a component to function as a <span>. With capsize applied on Text there is no way to render multiple Text elements as spans without a line break.

This new component could be called BaseText and it would not apply capsize. The component Text could apply styling on top of BaseText via capsize.
