I use https://jisho.org/ a lot for japanese words searching and based on this discussion, there is some sort of in progress API. So, this is a UI that uses the API to show the word and meanings for quick search while working on or reading other stuffs.
I wrote it in PyQt using the Qt5WebEngine but the dependency problem was a bit too much and it kept breaking. So I’ve re-written it in rust.
