Resolve DonkeyGE vs. LEAP license issue

DonkeyGE has a GPL license whereas LEAP has the Academic license. Erik, who authored DonkeyGE, has given us the go ahead to incorporate DonkeyGE code into LEAP to support grammatical evolution.
