Engine // Robot Controls Branch - Control Keys Can't Update

Note: This issue is for the robot-controls branch to prepare for the beta.

In the Robot Controls panel, a user can update their control key once but if they try to update it again, dictionary errors are thrown. To replicate this bug:

✔️ Click on the Settings button in the toolbar.
✔️ Click on the Controls tab.
✔️ Click on any key and update the key to any key of your choice.
❌ Click on the key you just updated and try to re-assign to a new key.
