Engine // Robot-Controls Branch - Entity List Does Not Populate

Note: This is for the robot-controls branch in preparation for the beta.

When a user tries to select an entity to assign robot controls, no entities are populated to select from.

✔️ Click on the settings panel.
✔️ Click on the Robot Controls tab.
✔️ Click on the button to "Select Entity."
❌ There are no entities to select from nor should a user be able to assign controls if no entity is selected.
