realization relation should not be time indexed in specification

The OWL version has the current understanding, which is that realization is a relation between a realizable entity and a process. The spec has the realized_in relation as time indexed. First, this is not necessary as we can always select a time from a process via other means. Second it add confusion. Its not like a realizing process might realize a role only for some part of the processes existence. If one finds oneself wanting to say that it should be rephrased so that the entirety of the realization is the part.

Also, the domain of the relation, in the elucidation, should be any realizable, not just disposition and role. There are likely to be new subclasses of realizable which will also have realizations.
