Alignment of OBO Foundry ontologies with BFO

Create a page documenting for each of OBO Foundry reference ontologies suchas (CHEBI, GO, PATO) how their major categories correspond to BFO categories, and extend to further ontologies over time to address the issue:
The representation of types of (what the BFO refers to as) dependent continuants among the BFO, CHEBI, GO_MF, and PATO ontologies is particularly confusing. It would be beneficial for these ontologies to eventually come to use corresponding upper-level classes of the BFO.
