Would it be possible to use something else than "a" in the reference for elucidations? We could use "A" or "X" maybe?

For example "To say that a is a realizable entity is to say that a is a specifically dependent continuant that inheres in some material entity and is of a type instances of which are realized in processes of a correlated type. [058-001" is confusing to read.
