As per https://code.google.com/p/bfo/issues/detail?id=78#c3 Similarly, the inverse relation in RO, has site of, should ideally have a reserved ID (BFO_0000067)

Note 'has site of' already had reserved id. See trunk/src/ontology/owl-group/specification/bfo-uris.lisp
