This repository contains all the codes used by the BMI team of UNIC, CNRS, Gif-sur-Yvette, France.
- imager- A repository to perform intrinsic imaging experiments over somatosensory cortex of mice.
- loop- A repository containing the whole BMI loop. Get the spikes -> compute the firing rate -> display the feedback image -> deliver the reward.
- generator- A repository containing the source file of an application used for generating the feedback frames.
