Update the help text to reflect gnomAD as a data source
Closed this issue · 1 comments
In the help text, under "Variant Details: Understanding the Data" and "How is the data on this site updated?", the text currently reads:
"BRCA Exchange is updated through monthly data releases. These releases utilize an automated pipeline that retrieve the most recent information available from source databases, which include 1000 Genomes, BIC, ClinVar, ESP, ExAC*, ExUV, LOVD, and ENIGMA. Release Notes are available for each data release. The release notes are available for each release date, and include data summaries on new variants, removed variants, new classifications, and known issues. The software used for each release is open source, and available at 8d436ee
*gnomAD data coming soon"
In the list of data sources, gnomAD should be added before ExAC, and the footnote on gnomAD data coming soon should go away.
Note: this affects both versions of the help text: summary mode and detail mode.
