iSkyLIMS.urlsconf (== top level file urls.py) path changes added (iSkyLIMS_wetlab --> wetlab, iSkyLIMS_drylab--> drylab and so on)

Changes had been changed in local flavia urls.py file but not transfered to /conf/settings.py. This makes that potential users downloading iSkyLIMS for the first time will not be able to have a working application
