Remove "term code"

Term codes were the way that the old NYU pages used to handle terms. It encoded the term as a number. It was also kinda stupid, and it is not longer useful; it's still used in the CLI though, and it shouldn't be.
e.g. instead of requiring --term=1208 or --semester=sp --year=2020, it should just require --term=sp2020
