Also BTW the React stuff is already set up, its using Next.js with pages in src/pages and components in src/components

(We can just steal from bobcat search for now, and later update it to make it prettier and whatnot)

Basic Frontend is done. It at least works, but probably has a number of more subtle bugs (and is not nice to use yet for sure)
