This package provides a python toolset to analyze Fourier Transformed Infrared (FTIR) Spectrums,especally considering burnt-bone spectras (indiezes). This repository ist my first git-hub project and also my very first python project, so the code and repo is probably on a very beginner level.
bbfsa targets Python 3.0+ and depends on numpy, scipy, pandas, peakutils and optionally on matplotlib.
