Public Comment: "Emeryville Shopping District" is not aptly named. I expected it to be the regional shopping area, not the high employment, North Hollis area. There is little shopping in that area, and what there is is mostly local. Please rename more appropriately.

Public Comment: When you choose "peak" period it should be very obvious what time of day/week it is. I found that info, but it was not very easy to find. Make it more eye-catching.
