swo: Survey Workload Optimization

The goal of swo is to to provide a consistent framework for exploring the effects of reducing sample sizes (age or length, by sex or combined sexes) within AFSC surveys. The methods are applicable to other fishery independent surveys with similar sampling designs.

Installation

You can install the development version of swo from GitHub with:

# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("BenWilliams-NOAA/swo")

Example

A basic walk through that shows how to query the data for the GOA and run simulations is available as an article.
