Review existing dictionaries and ontologies for V2

We've reviewed existing dictionaries and ontologies before, but let's repeat the exercise for V2. We will aim to include all relevant terms from other initiatives.

On the list to review is:

European Nucleotide Archive
Environmental Ontology
Revisit CDC NWSS, W-SPHERE, NORMAN

The metadata for the European Nucleotide Archive, CDC NWSS, W-SPHERE, NCBI, and NORMAN have been reviewed and mapped on to their analogs in the version 2 ODM dictionary, completing issues #196, #197, and #198. These will be confirmed, and then items that have been identified as not yet being part of the ODM dictionary will be added.

Metadata from PHA4GE and LAPIS and also being reviewed and synthesized into version 2 of the ODM. Mapping forthcoming, but this revision process for version 2 is complete for now.
