Create LSTM_peptide conda environment.
conda create -n LSTM_peptide
Install requirements mentioned in requirement.txt file in conda environment.
pip install requiement.txt
Add the conda environment to your jupyter-notebook.
conda install -c anaconda ipykernel
python -m ipykernel install --user --name=LSTM_peptide
Start Jupyter Notebook and select the LSTM_peptide environment from the list of kernels.
