This repository contains JSON representations of the objects used by the BIA Integrator. It provides a way to share these.

Use

To enable these for the global BIA Integrator setup, either clone this repository and move it to:

~/.bia-integrator-data

or clone directly as:

git clone git@github.com:BioImage-Archive/bia-integrator-data.git ~/.bia-integrator-data
