imports emails from nuri (former bitwala) and generates a proper csv than can be imported to parqet.com profiles.
- make folder import
- save all emails with subject "Your Bitcoin purchase is being processed" as eml in folder import
- run ps1 script .\build_and_run.ps1
- drag & drop export.csv parqet.com
