Update Dataset/DataCatalog profiles and tutorials to recommend including a sameAs link to the FAIRsharing record. Update live deploy page to link to this tutorial

@AlasdairGray this task was proposed by you during the latest community meeting. Could you please point me to the tutorials that you have in mind? There is no specific tutorial for Dataset/DataCatalog other than the "How to choose a profile". Thanks

sameAs links will be left up to the resource owners
FAIRSharing has a record about the resource but it is not sameAs the resource
sameAs is a recommended property and tutorials usually focus on minimum.
