Template repository for the Biostatistics Reporting System (BRS)

This repository contains the following files:

• render.R - Script called from BRS cron job that outputs a report to a file whose name is passed as the first command line argument. For example, the command Rscript render.R output.html will to output.html
• report.Rmd - An RMarkdown file that loads data from REDCap using rccola::loadFromRedcap
• config.yml - A configuration file that holds rccola and BRS configuration variables, including any needed REDCap API keys
