This repository holds utilities for behavioral analysis.
To install the bb_behavior package, follow these steps:
- Install PyTorch and TorchVision using conda
conda install pytorch torchvision pytorch-cuda -c pytorch -c nvidia
- Install bb_tracking from the repository using pip:
pip install git+https://github.com/BioroboticsLab/bb_behavior
