SV04 Touchscreen Source v1.14
Based on the great work of bphillips09 & johncarlson21 and by inspiration of Jyers UI some changes were applied to the classic Sovol SV04 touchscreen:
Added a 100mm option in the "Move" menu
Disabled touchscreen beep
Enabled screen dim after 5 minutes (tap to wake up)
Added Auto-Tramming feature
Set hotend offset values in 0.01mm steps
Added full SD Card browsing including subfolders
Nozzle temperature limits removed. Relevant settings: "HEATER_0_MAXTEMP" + "HEATER_1_MAXTEMP"
Supporting bilinear levelling 8x8 points
Removed display glitches
Added mesh levelling visualization
Added optional auto power-off in adjustment settings
Added power-off button in settings menu
Improved icons in "Move" Menu
Changed temperature display: Temperatures above OEM MAXTEMP of 260°C will be display in red
Changed display filename length to 40 chars
Added warning "axes uncalibrated" in movement menus.
