h - run hiddenly(without showing main window) any program with arguments(and unicode support!).

Usage:

h.exe <executable> <command-line-args>

Examples:

h.exe cmd /c start explorer 

h.exe %windir%\system32\cmd.exe /c echo Hello! >> h.txt
