Project dropped

The Universal Soundboard

Download and Install Virtual Audio Cable. ( You will have to restart your computer!)
Download the BlastBoard Setup.exe. (Which you can find here.)
Open the settings in BlastBoard and select your headphones/headset/speakers on the first dropdown, and the "CABLE Input (VB-Audio Virtual Cable)" in the second dropdown.
Open the windows control panel and click in "Hardware and Sound>Sound>Recording". Now rigth click on your microphone and select "properties", then click on "Listen" and tick the "Listen to this device" box, and finally change the "Playback through this device" dropdown to "CABLE Input (VB-Audio Virtual Cable)".
Now in whataver program you want to use the soundboard with, go into the settings and change the microphone to "CABLE Output (VB-Audio Virtual Cable).
You're DONE!
