Run from command line for the game to work. The guess will always be between two known numbers. The first number is always 0, the second numer is defined by user.
When running game, after the filename put the number you want the end be like:
python GuessNumber.py 100
In that game you'd need to guess random number between 0 and 100.
After running you will need to input the guess number
The game always uses whole numbers: int.
After guessing the game will show what number was to be guessed
and if you got it right or wrong.
