MVP:
For a given list of test scripts submitted by cubic:
-Check if Test Case Status (column I) is "Ready for Review"
If yes:
-Search Asana ID fields for C Number. If not found in ID fields, search name strings.
For every task found:
Update the test script status to "With MBTA for Review"
Assign tag: "Automatically Modified"
With tasks not found:
In output folder, generate a CSV of Test Scripts received, but were not found in Asana (these may be unscheduled or new tests)
???In output folder, handle test Expected, not Received???
