Zend Framework 1 Validator for URLs
Usage: Place this class inside your included path (library/Validate/isUrl.php).
This class is using Zend_Uri to validate strings as URLs.
It will make sure that the scheme is valid, the hostname is real and that the query string is a valid URL string
