portable转setup版本，快捷键无任何响应

【windows】之前用的portable版本，后删除了portable版本，卸载了webview2(Edge)，安装了setup版本，快捷键无任何响应；
portable的webview2(Edge)应该是自动安装的，后改portable版本，快捷键'也'无任何响应，因为没有webview2(Edge)的原因？？不能直接用setup版本？？

看起来没有别的问题了, 我就关闭了, 如果有其他问题欢迎提新的 issue
