Bad BMS password issue

Hi,
I encounter Bad BMS password issue when connect BMS.
I passed all issues like missing termistors, wrong baud, etc.
But this seems to be critical and I am not able to find good solution for it.
There is full communication between board and BMS as is m365 tools I can get all details about battery.
Any idea how to fix it?

The issue was not balanced battery.
