This project is obsolete. Jetbrains IDE now support context menu.
The program to make it easy to open IntelliJ, Android Studio, and Pycharm projects has been developed.
You don't need to open a Jetbrains project in IDE. Jetbrains Launcher enable you to open the project in Explorer. It detects the project type(IntelliJ, Andorid Studio, and Pycharm) automatically, and launchs a suitable IDE.

Click the link marked to download the installer.
Choose your language. It supports two languages(English, Korean) at present.
Input the exe file path of Python Interpreter, IntelliJ, Android Studio, Pycharm. Python 3.x should be required because the program is made of Python scripts. You can proceed if the Python Interpreter path is filled. To other programs(IntelliJ, Android Studio, Pycharm), set only the path of programs you use. If you remain them blank, those IDE supports will be ignored.
Finally, select a directory you want to install it.
Finished!
You can uninstall it from Programs and Features.
