This app will give students a starting point to lear to work with GUI libraries, Functions and importing .py files to use within another .py file.
Add some dummy functions for students to work with and explore.
To get a local copy up and running follow these simple example steps.
Software needed for this application to work
- python 3.8

- Windows:

- Linux:

sudo apt install python3

- Clone the repo
git clone https://github.com/bradheff/Coding-Class-Template.git
After cloning the project, there are a couple simple steps.
- Make sure Python is installed. (See Prerequisites above)
- Open Terminal
⌘+R
typecmd
- navigate to git folder
cd C:\Path\to\Coding-Class-Template
- Then run the
base.py
file.python base.py
- Create Stylish GUI
- Create Functions and Features
- Imported Modules
- GUI in separate module
- Functions in separate module
