Using D3 (JavaScript) on the front end and Flask (Python) on the back end, build a web-based dashboard with interactive charts to visualize the Belly Button Biodiversity Dataset. Use SQLAlchemy (Python) to establish and manage a database connection to a provided SQLite file. Use Plotly.js to build pie, bubble and gauge charts to display sample data and deploy the application to Heroku.
