Utlizes IBM api to anaylze a document and it sentences for tones

Tone analyzers

In order to use

1. Create account on IBM wattson
2. Create API key
3. Input API key to line 7
4. Change Speech.txt to whatever sentences you want to be analyzed
5. Run command python IBMWattson.py
